Who made this Mod? Or is it a Mod?

Hey, basically, I went into this house in Goodsprings, a while after playing, and I found a key, I then found a Cellar, opened it with said key, and I found a huge underground layer.

 

Only problem is, I never downloaded a Home mod, so this must be inside another Mod, or is it a Mod? It looks like one, but I'm really not sure, it looks very will made, but I don't know a single Mod that I have that would have added this house.

 

I've went inside my Data folder, looked for any ESM's or ESP's that might have added this cellar, but I've found none, I then looked in FOMM, again, nothing.

 

Basically, what I'm asking is - Who made this Mod Is this even a Mod Where can I find his Mod (So I can give it a Thumbs Up).

 

I'll attach some Images or post them, how ever you do it, so you can see the house.

Chances are that place came from "A world of pain" it adds many locations to New Vegas. And yes I also use the tactical outfit mod, it looks good with some of the camo weapons I made for my Stalker Weapons Pack.
