Sword of a thousand thruths?

I've googled and searched, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Just a small mod on a filefront, but it had 0% popularity so I wasn't sure of it.

 

Could someone please make one that fits the newest oblivion patch?

Damage: 30-35

 

Abilities:

Drain magicka 50% per hit

 

Damage health 40 per hit

 

or something. Just a suggestion!
