So yeah I'd like to know how to make a scroll, book teach a spell that I made. If it's script then tell me how to write it

You can do it various ways and be more elaborate or less elaborate, but the general idea is to do something kind of like this:

 

SCN AASpellTome

; Object script applied to custom spellbook.

Begin OnEquip 
    Player.AddSpell AAMyCustomSpell
End
