drakeelvin
Can anyone tell me offhand if AmmoLists like other objects get overwritten according to plugin load order, like other objects? Or if they get merged? I'm pretty sure according to the GECK guide they would get overwritten but I haven't had a chance to test it out. And I'm intrigued because if they do get overwritten I wonder if anyone has considered trying to coordinate the efforts of Ammo modders so we would not be competing for AmmoLists and it would also benefit all the gun users out there as well. There are some great ammo mods out there, and recipe mods too of which I don't yet even know the workings of, and this issue just occured to me after I did my first small mod, an ammo mod. Peace,Drake

viking99
to devinpatterson: did you get good results with AddFormToFormList perhaps it could be used in situations like this.. check this topic. http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/298096-a-more-mod-friendly-way-to-add-to-perk-formlists/page__view__getnewpost

If it works it can help not just with my ammo lists, but other lists like cowboy perk, shotgun surgeon, weapon repair, etc etc that are overwritten multiple times (I use a lot of custom weapons). davidlallen
For an extensive ammo mod, see caliberx:http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39981
drakeelvin
Thanks, that CalibreX looks like exactly the sort of mod I was thinking of. I'm brand new to modding but I'll also flag AddFormToFormList as something worth learning about.
