Sorry you're having problems, laomaster.

But you have not provided anywhere near enough information to allow anyone to help you.

What mods?

What have you tried?

What game (DA:O/A/DLC?)

What error messages are you getting?

What install (retail disc, Steam, D2D?)

sorry then, there are just many and I don't think I can get their names right.

So there are the

Blood Dragon

Secret Mage Robes

some armors, not sure of their names

I tried to reenable from the dlc page

also do what the dlc for dummies said, to save, & restart

which doesn't help at all

I even tried to reinstall the mod

which also doesn't work

it happens in a normal Origins (although, Stone Prisoner downloaded, but doesn't playing it)

& it's a retail version.

Not sure what you're talking about when you mention "DLC for Dummies". Do you mean this: "Using DA Mods for Dummies"?

If so, I think the only place it talks about exiting and restarting is when you're starting a BRAND NEW character and are using a mod that adds items to your inventory. Otherwise, mods that add items should work correctly.

But from the list you provided, I think you may be talking about the "Official DLC", and not mods. That's a completely different situation. In order for the DLC (items or game-play elements) to work, you have to log-in to your EA acocunt to get them "authorized". You can check what is authorized for your account here: "Player's Entitlements Page".

There is also a known issue with the "daupdatersvc" that prevents the game from being able to verify your DLC. But it's rare. Do you see a brief message in small white letters on the opening splash screen (before you hit "Play") that says "Checking for updated content..." or something like that? If so, then the daupdatersvc is working correctly.

I don't have a credit account so I can't purchase official DLCs, the only 2 officials I have are blood dragon & wicked oath

wicked oath is fine but sometimes, blood dragons may or may not appear, just like some other mods I installed.

Some of them don't even show up but it is on the in-game journal, & if I disable the ones that doesn't show up, it will ask me to turn it on or else I can't play. I also make new chars. and it still doesn't show up. Yes, it's suppose to add items to my inventory, but it doesn't. I tried to reinstall it, still it doesn't work.

From the sounds of things, it sounds like you're trying all of this on a game that was already started. thanks to BW and their patches, you arent going to get this stuff to work, if you didnt disable it BEFORE starting the character.

Theres a couple of mods out there that might be able to help. but they're kinda complex.

That, or did you install the mods manually? If so, did you update your addins.xml file like you should have?
