Oh jeez. That's worse than I thought. We have more people now so it would be incredibly nice to just forge ahead. It also seems like the shrine has got to be close to the end of the journey here.

I've been thinking about pulling out for a while, and now seems like a good time.

 

It's been great being a part of such a long-lasting and successful RP, but it's slowed down to the point I can't keep trying to come back to it...there's nothing to come back to.

 

If you guys get the chance to go on without me, just pretend like my chars aren't there.

I reckon it's all on me with my depression and long periods of writer's block for this thing. Don't really blame anyone for leaving, honestly..........not when you have to wait weeks at a time for a post - mostly from me. :dry:

I'm sorry to say guys, but I'm going to have to call a halt to the RP.... I'm just too busy now adays to post, and when I have a chance, I don't want to. I love the characters, the story, and how we've all progressed since we started almost two years ago.... But I think it's time to say farewell to the group, at least for now. Maybe when life settles down a bit, or whenever we all have that spark, we can sit back down and continue the story of Adrynn, Velanya, Lecuaro, Kriak, Caius, and the gang. I know that I hold all the characters that have been introduced or have passed through this story with high regard, and think of a lot of, "well, what if this happened?" side stories involving all of them. I know myself and my roommate have an entire timeline involving Adrynn and his character Naganosh after the events of the RP. I still am fuzzy about WHAT the end should be, as I hoped we could progress the story past Azura's Shrine, to Mournhold, and then perhaps beyond to Cyrodiil or wherever. But, as of right now, it will remain a "what if" for me, because I don't know, and I don't want to have Adrynn without everyone else. It's just not the same.

 

I will say this though.... I appreciate each and everyone who has taken their time out to be a part of the roleplay. You are all amazing writers and I thank you for helping me to develop my skills as a writer and the character of Adrynn. It was a blast to play as him, even if he was angry most of the time. ;D But it was fun none the less.

 

I'm sorry once again, but life just got in the way. >.< Thanks for being a part of the RP guys. I really do appreciate it.
