Level up freeze

I would hope there is a cure for this, but I suspect not, so I'm basically just whining about my bad luck. Although, I suppose this could be called feedback. Let's go with that and I'll assume I'm in the right forum thread.

My first time at adding mods to NV, a lot of them and was having a blast for countless hours and days. I was so engrossed with all the new content and playability it only recently dawned on me; I haven't hit a new level since 18, which was a world away.

I checked my experience meter and the number on the left was still counting points for kills, just topped 50,000, the number to the right was frozen at 26550. I went back and deleted (except DLCs) any mods that effected level ups, perks, skills and endless game. I then played back to 45,000 exp and in furious fighting soon hit over 50k again and no level, the 26550 stayed frozen, and I'm not going all the way back to level 18 to find out if I can get around it. I'm done. I'm sure I did something wrong in mixing the mods.

It did occur to me to accept it as a challenge to go on and win with the handicap. Nope, don't have it in me. I looked around, but I didn't see anyone else with this problem so there ends my sad tale of great a adventure only to be laid low by a level gremlin. Still though, I had a great time up to then.

Kudos to the modders. I had played NV to burn out level a few years ago and I really didn't think the added content would capture my enthusiasm enough to play it again, but I was wrong.

From the FOMM mod list minus the four or five I deleted before hand, I was going to copy paste the names of those great mods, but for some reason it won't let me and I'm to demoralized and lazy to type the names of over two dozen mods, not counting DLC.

At the last second I've tried sending an attachment of the FOMM mods lists minus those minor mods about tags, skills and no end game. Never sent an attachment before. I assume it will work. For the curious or bored.
