LE Invisible shoes

Hi, i'm looking for a mod that would make all unarmored and light armor shoes invisible or to look like that http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12111/?

There's no need to change heavy armor ones.

And most important it have to be replacer not new crafting formula.

I'm using CBBE curvy body.

 

Or if noone have time to do this i would appreciate some help on doing that myself (i have no idea about modding).
