Fallout: New Vegas crashing on startup

I've recently had to reinstall my Fallout: New Vegas. I kept my save, and all the mods for easy re-installment. But after I reinstalled it refused to get past the Zenimax screen. My load order is sorted by LOOT, and It doesn't seem I've forgotten any mods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
