First, I haven't played Oblivion in forever because I've been waiting for a better computer to get me over 25fps :P so I can run it and give it the respect it deserves. I now have that computer

 

So back in the day , I used to be able to use Wrye Bash (iirc) to get the guards stealing distance further away. In fact I could set a lot of things there. Or at least I remember doing so.

 

Anyone know what I'm talking about? There is some program with a spot that allows you to edit many of the games features that smaller mods do. Therefore negating some of those mods I have (450+)

 

Secondly, I've come back to find huge asses "LL Butts" on one of the newer body mods. I LOVE big ass. BUT I love big thighs more. So does anyone know if there is a DMGuts version of these LLButts with those huge amazing thighs that are found on the DMGuts bodies?

Wrye Bash is not a mod, it is a utility program for working with mods. I think The mod that changes the guard 'discovery' distance is Reniers Guard Overhaul.

Yes but there was a program that brought up game settings for a single ESP. I can't recall what it was >.<!

No Psychic Guards sets the distance they notice crimes to be the same as voice range. In other words, if they couldn't hear an npc yelling for help, they won't notice.

If you're going to be stealing, you might also want to use a mod that makes animals irresponsible. Otherwise believe it or not, horses, rats, and cats will report you if they witness a crime.

 

This body is for the Robert female body, but it might be of interest to you. It has thicker thighs and is the body type known as "endomorphic." i.e. rounded, thick legs, wide pelvis, curvy. That midriff/abdomen is also proportionate. It's very close to the proportions for that particular body type used by the clothing industry in the UK and US. Warning: some screenshots not worksafe.

Sorry, don't think I have seen anything like that, but it might exist. I just went with HGEC/Robert because there are the most clothes for that combo. Otherwise I'd probably be using vanilla still. You might try just going through that section of the library until you see something in screenshots that look like what you want. That's what I ended up doing here a few times when I was tweaking textures like lava.
