I just wanted to take a chance to introduce myself, so here goes: I'm Dingo, and I've been a huge fan to the worlds of Cyrodil and Fallout, since I discovered Morrowind and FO3, respectively. Now that I've played through every major game in these series several times, I felt it was time to step it up a notch, and I'm trying to join the wonderful world of modders. (As such, I welcome any and all tips.) Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you all, and I hope the experience is as pleasant as my time gaming through these wonderful worlds. Thanks! We are a friendly community and new members are always welcomed, so welcome once again. I barely managed to type this. My vision is quite blury right now, but I think I made myself clear.
