So this time around, I banged Benny and let him live. I found in in the Legion camp, but with Boone as my companion I killed everyone (who was not a slave). So I let Benny go again, after he told me we could take over Vegas together, But after that I have not seen him since. I looked all over the strip, the camp and almost everything in between.
