The game crashes after leaving Doc Mitchell's house, mod set-up seems to have no effect

I am having this VERY strange problem. I started a new game and when I wanted to leave Doc Mitchell's house, I got a crash (Program not responding) on the loading screen. I tried leaving a few more times with the same result. So I uninstalled all mods started a new game again and started adding mods in bundles of 4-6. After about one half of my to-be-modlist was installed I got a crash (Program not responding) when exitting the game. I realized NVSR was not installed, but that didn't solve that problem. I continued with installations nonetheless and finally the game started crashin once I installed Manual reload, Missing ammo recipies and Mobile truck base Data and Sortomatic version. I tried removing all these mods one by one, but that didn't help. I still can't leave Doc Mitchell's house. Not with merged patch, not with the complete load order, not with the complete load order with merged patch. I am getting desperate here. Can you help me?

EDIT: I use 4GB enabler updated, NVSE, NVSR and NVAC. Installed with NMM, sorted by LOOT.

EDIT2: I have used all the mods lsited below before with the exception of the Fiendish Power Armor mod, its patch for PN and ILO-NVInteriors Project patch, and I've never had this problem before.
