Missing Master! Check Mod Load Order

I am not new to modding, I have been running a heavily modded Skyrim thanks to the great minds here at Nexus for a while now, but with Fallout 4 coming around I wanted to get my modded FNV experience in. I cannot find out which master file I am missing, and would ask for yalls assistance. Mod Load Order will be posted below, and I appreciate any comments made in advance. If you require more information regarding the issue please let me know and I will happily provide it.

Ha! Ignore my idiocy. With a big more digging I figured out I'm missing my UHNV master files, though I coulda swore I put them in here I was installing so many mods at once I must have either clicked the wrong button or just been an idiot and missed it entirely. For thos who have this problem please do not forget that FNVEdit is your best friend. Stay golden.
