1. The game is glitchy itself, and every mod increases its glitchiness. Don't believe '100% bug free' or 'known bugs: none' strings in the mod description. EVERY mod increases the CTD chance. Not pleasant, but it's true.

2. I would recommend You to make a clean save, then install ONE mod, then test Skyrim. If the game doesn't CTD very often, try to install ONE more mod, then test the game again. And so on.

3. Read the mod descriptions carefully. Try to avoid installing two or more mods that change the same thing (location, NPC or anything else).

4. General advice. NEVER install SKSE!!! Believe me, You don't want it! It's also pointless to install any mod that requires SKSE, for it won't work without it (most likely), and You must NEVER install SKSE!!!

First of all, don't mess with your ugrids. Just don't. I don't care if Gaben himself flew down from the sky and told you there'd be candy if you to do it. Don't do it. At least not unless you're very experienced with mods and are fully prepared to lose saves.

Just at a glance, your load order looks pretty weird. I'd recommend running your mod list through BOSS and comparing the results to LOOT. But there still isn't really enough information about these CTDs to really give us a good idea of what might be going on. Are they completely random, or do you notice any patterns in the type of actions your game is performing when you start having problems? Did you install and test each of those mods one at a time, or did you just dump all 130 into your game and hope against all odds that they all worked?

Looks messed up mate.Try running LOOT or one of the programms mates above said and check what the problems are.And again think about the mods you have. And everytime you download a mod,READ CAREFULLY THE MOD DESCRIPTION because there is a reason why mod author writes some fixes. :D

Worst advice ever. SKSE is perfectly safe and actually helps with stability. You might had some bad experience with one of mods relying on papyrus script (you downloaded it before verifying stability and compability issues on mod page), but it's no reason to spread such rumors. There are tons of SKSE mods working as advertised (for example: SkyUI, RaceMenu, iHud).

You load order should have the DLC's in the order Dawnguard, Hearthfires then Dragonborn. Also The Dance of Death has been superseded by Violens - A Killmove Mod. The author of DOD is no longer able to keep their mod up to date and also supports changing over to Violens.
