I mean, not rules rules, but things that everybody says it isn't possible to do in Oblivion. Except the Honda mod does it. I wish the guy who made it spoke English, or that I could speak Japanese. He's got to be one of the most talented guys on the planet when it comes to modding. He seems to have done a good half a dozen things in that mod that "can't be done" - except he did them.
