Script Editting question

From what I saw, you're teleported out before your health hits 0, and the guy (or maybe the weapon) is weak enough to not do much damage per hit. I'll take a look at the scripts and append the result.

you never die, you get teleported right before you die. there's already a mod that teleports you somewhere right before you die. it takes you to a chapel. try tessource. :)

1st I cant find the mod you are talking about, tessource doesn't have the beast search engine I ever saw, if you could find it for me it might help.

2nd If we take for granted that the resurrect command will inevitably crash the game, I am looking for a way to force the teleport script to start quick enough in order to prevent the player's death.

Alternatively make the player essential (immortal).

If it's crashing the game, use resurrect 1

(I wonder if this can prevent the stuck-in-floor thing? Shall test.)

Result: Using resurrect 1 does allow one to continue playing, although invisible. Using it again on the corpse left behind (before it fades out), though, causes a crash. It would appear that the player's spellbook remains intact, but constant effects, even those from equipped items, are removed. I didn't check to see if I had potions active.

Note that I tested using the kill command.

Does anyone know of a way to copy an actor's spellbook to another actor?

I did almost the same thing

resurrect

resurrect

RemoveAllItems

Teleport

resurrect

Results:

The player appears normally in 3rd person

BUT You lose your constant effects as you said.

The camera actually points to your butt :) and in 1st person you appear to be like a dwarf.

Other NPCs literally look down at you :P

if you scratch the 3rd resurrect you don't lose your constant effects but of course you lose your body

Honestly Ive given up hope. The only thing that could help would be a timer
