Mod Request: Force Dismount

For 2 days now I am unable to dismount in ANY way possible after installing some mods and toying around with the game console. I am kindly asking for a script(?) or a mod(?) that can force Geralt to dismount his horsey friend Roach.

Here's a detailed, longer explanation of what happened.

I've been toying with the console while I was on a mission with Ciri, switching Geralt and Ciri back and forth etc, trying many console commands, so later on I finish the quest, everything was fine but once I was back in the present, playing with Geralt, I noticed I can't dismount. I have tried to remove the mods I have, remove the console files and whatnot, nothing worked. I also got no saves from before I did what I did with the console, so I am screwed, I also tried to change the dismount keybinding, nothing has helped. I've reinstalled the game, nothing has changed. I guess what I did in the console is in my save files now.

It's interesting while with Geralt I am unable to dismount, and if I switch with Ciri via the console I have no problems doing that.
