Mod troubleshooting

The fallout 4 hype got me playing Fallout 3 again, and I attempted to go fully modded. I'm getting frequent crashes walking around outside of Megaton, not sure what triggers it, and one time I crashed looting a bloatfly. I'm annoyed there isn't some kind of log that tells me what is missing or which mod puked.

 

I started with Steam GOTY edition, then I kept applying nexus top mods until I got to this point, used FOMM to install, used BOSS to sort, used FO3Edit to make a merged patch. What am I missing?

I applied the large address aware patch and the crashes are greatly reduced http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6510/?. I still get the occasional crash when looting or moving items to/from a container but the game is playable if I save often.
