My goal is to create a manual that can be used to properly install many mods, in such a way where there will be little conflict. Here is what I have so far. Sorry the mods are not linked. I'll get to that. Here is what I have so far. Please tell if you see a problem with my order. Please give suggestions on what could be done to improve the arrangement. Or give suggestions on what mods you think I should add, and where I should place them for best compatibility. Copy contents of custom.xml to hud_main_menu.xml (fallout 3\data\menus\main) underneath of the '<menu name="HUDMainMenu">' heading, and save. Install BetterCrosshair. Installed DanN mod for FWE 6.02+ Installed uHUD, then aHUD (hotey is F6) and finally iHUD (hotkey is i) FFs Now for the list: Use BOSS to sort your mod list. make sure to update the the masterlist first.Use wrye bash to create a bashed patch.Open FO3Edit and search the fallout.esm for each of the companions (you can use the form id search for each). Its easiest to do 'em one at a time.When you find each companion check the veiw tab, any columns with the batched patch right click on the top of that column, then click remove. (yes your sure..). Then on each companion find the main fook .esm column. right click on the top of that column and click 'copy as override into...' when the mod list pops up click on the bashed patch you just removed. Now FOOK's companion scripts will load after all the other scripts that effect the companion, and they will run uninterupted.
