Fallout 3 GOTY CTDs and bad performance on a good PC, is this caused by my mods?

Hey guys, im having trouble running Fallout 3 modded, I already did the bUseThreadedAI and iNumHWThreads fix, but I keep getting CTD's every 5 to 10 minutes, or when hoping interiors..

 

PC Specs:
