LE Import Civil War system on a New Map

Hi,

 

I apologize for this sorry title. I'm interested in creating a "war mod" with Skyrim. The idea is not simply putting two antagonists factions against one another but creating a system that may propose to the player multiple scenario.

I wanted to do a mod to improve a little the "civil war" in Skyrim.

I'm well aware that they are mods that are already doing it but none of them in the way that i wanted it too.

 

Here is my idea. Creating a new map (smaller) but with more point of interest for the war. The vanilla map is great, but it's not at all adapted to this war.

 

I know there is mod to add random encounter but i don't want the encounter to be random. I want that if there is an enemy group, they're not here just to enjoy their walk. I want them to do something.

 

The idea is to create a new map with the original skyrim civil war system on it ( Look into the Civil War overhaul to know what i mean).

And i don't mean to export all the questlines but just the system.
