dubiousintent Posted August 24, 2015 Share Posted August 24, 2015 (edited) The standard Steam install of the game includes all the supported language files. English is the default, and you can change the language on the main menu. No matter how you obtain the game (even on a CD), a legitimate copy then has to download the actual game and updates from Steam. Sounds like you got a bootleg copy.
