Desert Combat Armor Replacer Fix

I have recently became interested in the Desert Combat Armor mod by 9Loki. I would like to use the replacer version, however there seems to be a problem with the ESP caused by an error of the mod maker. From what is stated in the comments, this is aperently a very easy fix.

Ya replacer isn't working because it's missing the mesh.
The quickest way to get replacer for me, was to extract the meshes/textures from main mod version
Then make new esp via Geck, point combat armor to the custom meshes (male/female)

I was hoping someone might already have this on hand, or wouldn't mind to make the quick edit.
