Not too shabby for your first try! She looks pretty good

If you use mods, getting Facial Textures by Enayla

will really make a difference and will help with some of that. I've been making FONV characters lately, but if I recall correctly the area of your girl's face that is affected might be fixable with the cheeks slider, the one with "flushed to light" I think it is. The face is hard sometimes, imho, because of the beard and moustache area. It's hard to get them all synchronized for a smooth, even look. That's why the Facial Textures mod is so nice to use.

My girl, pictured below, is no where near perfect, but I was able to get some pretty good looks using those two mods, and wigs of course!

You can take screen shots and even short movies in game with the program FRAPS. It's free and very easy to use. I use Roxio Photosuite and it has an effects section that will change any photo to the sepia/older looking photograph appearance. I use that editing function to change my signature color when I get tired of it.

I know, it's a real bite. I guess what I'm thinking of is FONV. I've been able to get some good smooth faces with those vanilla sliders. I did see someone say, at least for NV that the lighter the face, the more uneven the tone will be. So you might try giving her just a touch of tan. But again, you'll have to adjust the whole face again. Good luck with it. That's one chore I don't ever relish, lol
