VirtualSpace
I have snap to grid enabled, though the basement objects for imperial city aren't snapping together; they're at a bad angle with eachother. What do I do? Edited March 23, 2011 by VirtualSpace
David Brasher
Double-click on an architectural tile. Make sure that the numbers in the "Rotation" boxes have numbers like 0, 90 , -180. These are right angle sort of numbers in geometry. Make sure that the scale of your objects is set to 1.000. Once you get everything set up right, you can use both snap-to-grid and snap-to-angle 90 at the same time to keep from accidentally messing up your rotation numbers. Keep in mind that different objects use different grids, like 32 for Ayleid Ruins and 16 for Ruined Forts. Clutter, lights, and doors can mess you up if you select multiple objects at a time.
