crashing 30-60 seconds after loading a saved game

been playing for several months (moded) without issue but after i started 'purity of revenge' my game started crashing shortly after it finnishes loading my saved game (within 30 to 60 seconds)

again the problem only started after i finnished 'bloods honor' and started 'purity of revenge'
