Yes. That is the correct command format to use: ShowMap CampAlesMapMarker

To find the shines, you can look in the CS in worldspace Tamriel. For instance AzuraShrineMarker is in exterior cell AzuraShrineExterior. BoethiaShrineMarker is in exterior cell BoethiaShrineExterior. If you get stuck, you could look on one of the wikis to find the names of all the daedra lords. Alternately, you might pull up the list of daedric statues in the CS or track down the Oblivion book that talks about the characteristics of all the daedra lords.

I like the idea of this mod and think it would be of use to many new players. The choice offered, of adding map-markers or not, is a good feature.

The book David Brasher was referring to can be read here. This would enable you to complete the partial descriptions that some of your book's entries have.

Daedra Lore is a useful summary. The Imperial Library has a much more in depth discussion here. The general consensus seems to be that Daedric Princes (or Daedra Princes or Daedra Lords) are without gender even though some appear in female form.

The writing style of your book is very informal and aimed squarely at the player. I think it be better with a more formal style aimed at the player character. That is, imagine you are a Cyrodiilic author writing a guide rather than a modder. This is, of course, only my opinion. It's your mod so do as you please :)
