In-game problem and FOMod error

Alright, my In-game issue is a little fustrating. I've tried messing with things in-game but nothing seems to help. I created a file and started playing my way through vault 101. Once I get to the passage through the Overseer's desk I go through the hallway and enter the door. I'm in a small room with a button and door on the other side, that should open the door, but instead the button only disappears and the door doesnt open when I activate it. I've tried reloading the game multiple times, but every time the button just disappears and I cant get the door to open. I've also tried re-creating another profile. I dont know if this has anything to do with any of the mods I have downloaded or not. This is a list of them and their authors: Malos Nude body by: malo, Household Teleporter by: Antistar, Helzphire arena by: Helzphire, Level Cap Increaser by: Various, Community Ammunition Library - CALIBR by: Tubal, and Fallout mod manager by: timeslip.

My 2nd problem is when I go to my Help tab from the fomod and Check For Update option an error window pops up saying

Something bad seems to have happened.

As long as it wasn't too bad, a crash dump will have been saved in

C:\ Documents and Settings\ Dominick\ My Documents\ FOMM\ crashdump.txt

Here is my crashdump
