yes.....thay would be much more useful

sometimes some talents or spells are only a waste of stamina/mana,because the enmey is going to die

i hope in DA2 tactics are better than in DAO

This is possible in Dragon Age Origins. You would do it something like this:

1. Enemy: Elite or higher -> Jump to tactic 5

2. whatever

3. more whatever

4. same

5 Enemy: Health > 50% -> cast Winter's Grasp

I guess too many conditionals like this could quickly make your tactics screen very confusing, but it IS possible to do.

Uhh...yeah, you can do "jump to tactic #". :whistling:

However, it takes up two tactics slots doing so, and if you're not using those mods that give you more slots, you're screwing yourself over.

A question about tactics....

If i want a mage to cast "winter's grasp"(or anything else) to an enemy who is elite (or more) but only if he has 50% health (or more)....is it possible?

You can do it with the "jump to tactic #" commands, but it's honestly probably not worth it. Winter's grasp doesn't do too much damage anyway, so I'd just stick it on an any command.
