How to add radioactive visual effect to armour?

I'm trying to add the Feral Ghoul Reaver's bubbling radioactive effect to some armour through the GECK, but every time I bring it into the game the effect doesn't show. I've tried "GlowingOneGlowEffect" and "DLC03ReaverGlowEffect" but neither of them seem to add any sort of visible effect.
