Im having a problem.

1. the wolf tail is still black when i make the skin brown

2. when i put on clothes he looks oober buff (when in the roberts amle i picked slinder, or avrage cant remember) and the skin isent the right color. (not sure if this is the body mod or the wolf mod thats messingup.)

3. it keeps saying i need obse (when i have it) for it to function proporly.

...and theres a pare of feet in the testinghall.

ScarletSkye, it could be the old wolf tails weren't connecting to coloration of the rest of the body to begin with. So that was just the way it was and nothing wrong on installation's end or something.

If you're getting Imperial skin textures on your Wolven Anthro when wearing an item, this item was not designed to be worn on a Robert's Male body. Items contain body meshes and when you equip an item from the existing game (Vanilla) you will also have a Vanilla body mesh while wearing it. That's what the so-called Stock (or Overhaul) Clothing And Armor Replacers are meant for. They replace the body meshes inside the stock files so they will work with Robert's Male (or whatever body mod else they're made for). The Wolven Anthros, like many other custom races I'm aware of by the way, have no texture support for Vanilla bodies, thus those races' textures will not work on Vanilla body meshes and you need to be using the stock item replacers to avoid the wrong skin.

Simply ignore this popup. It's only a reminder, as there is no check going on inside this script at all. It will pop up every time you change your race from something else to a Wolven Anthro no matter if OBSE's working or not.

I strongly suggest upgrading to the recently released V5 beta, as I removed this annoyance from the scripts of the V5 for Tiffawolf among other things, and the tails use a section inside the body texture now and the same material, so they should be perfectly matching your skin color all the time.

As for the feet in the testinghall... well, this could be some sort of testing means. If scripts were not working you could always check if the meshes are and the like this way. I wouldn't pay it too much attention. Modders keep putting stuff into the testinghall for play-test purposes or even users not wanting to hunt down the new item or something.
