icecreamassassin
I knew this at one point but I can't seem to find the citation to back it up. I have an issue with my interior cell which I have a bunch of distant landscape built (like entire mountain ranges, Forrests, ocean horizon, etc. And in game all the objects converge on the center of the cell for some reason. I assume it's because they are all outside the position limitations of the cell, but I could have sworn that when this happened to be before CK gave me an error notice when I went to save but I'm not getting that here. zilav
+/-30000 You'd better imitate huge interiors using a custom exterior worldspace like Blackreach in vanilla game, Skyrim engine doesn't like a lot of objects in interiors anyway or huge spaces. icecreamassassin
thanks, but what I am looking for here is the specific X Y max number because I am very familiar with how much content a cell can handle (I have a cell that is near 1GB in size and stable) it's just an issue with how far spread out the stuff is. I think I may end up having to scrap the idea of simulating the exterior. Only reason I am not building it in a worldspace all its own is because the cell is an interior house area which just happens to have exterior windows that look out into the worldspace and I hate exterior lighting inside buildings. Using an interior I can hand place emissive light sources that change with the day and time without having that horridly over saturated daylight throughout the home. zilav
It all comes down to custom climate, weather and imagespaces, there is no exterior lighting in Blackreach despite it being an exterior worldspace. You can totally disable it or fine tune to your needs. When you want to do something - check how Bethesda do the same thing and follow the their route. That is a generale staple of modding any Beth game. The specific numbers are +/-30000 for interiors as I mentioned, placing references with greater position values produces warnings in EditorWarning.txt of CK.
