Looking for mod adding huge house with mannequins, teleports, high level quest

It was my favourite house however I don't remember name of it and I cant find it.

 

House was on island far away on west somewhere on waters. It was possible to teleport there with ring I guess.

There was a quest to kill ghost of previous owner of this house I guess, It was very hard for low lvl characters.

House has many levels, every with different purpose - every room was huge O shaped place with teleports to other rooms with buttons like in elevator. Armory room contained few mannequins and a lot of tables and boxes. I attach pic how I remember it looked like.

Top room was small bedroom.

Overall it was pretty huge, only way to get there was teleport ring. It would be awesome if someone know what is this mod.
