Oblivion: Voice problems..sighs

I installed Growlfs Hot Clothes and Armor 5.0 the other day and it made some of the words in Oblivion german. Like 2 of the stores are german in the game. And Imperial is german. And worst of all, the NPCs doesn't have any voice. I tried deactivating it, no worky.

 

 

Here's my load order (Growlfs Hot clothes disabled already):

I even extracted the voice files to the data/sound file...still doesn't work, sighs :S

 

NEVERMIND. I fxied it....it was the soya_04hair.esp file. Didn't know it was german.

Usually German versions of mods will have DV in the name (Deutsch version). EV is English version. You get the idea.
