Dolo420
Anyone know of a good tutorial for importing structural mesh? I would like to design some custom interiors using my own meshes then import it to New Vegas. Ideally I would just build the area out and convert it, but I'm thinking since the game uses small pieces you assemble I'm not sure how many sections I'd need to break my structure up as. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Floatsup
Dolo I would suggest you look at this thread. http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/269597-how-to-become-a-modder/page__st__60 I also have a large complex, and the thing you MUST watch out for is boundary/regional zone thingies. Im telling you when you break them it sucks. And so far No one has replied with how to repair them. So just a word of caution. Because you have to reNavMesh the area. And one of the most boriing absolutly aweful things you have to do as a modder is navmesh. Its like I do this while sipping my coffe, and petting my cat, and checking out snailmail. and drink a little more coffee, turn on my radio station playlists. And then listen to maybe 2-3 tunes before I break away from the most mundane thing I have ever done. Which has to be done. Im not a 3d'er here so maybe some could pipe up about that.
