incrasing the maximum attribute point limit

I'm sorry if this is already out there somewhere or if this is impossible or just unusable and would bug out the game, but is there anyway to increase the MAX attribute limit from 1000 to say 7000. The reason for this request is i have the Bahn Hammer mod and it adds 5000 to all attributes and i would like to use those extra points. Along the same lines there is a limit on the Armor defense attack and damage if that can be increased too.
