Theres a mod called somthing like toasters legendary skills Not sure how well it works cuz I no longer use it but its suppose to give new specials after hittin 100 on skills and I think you can take them further Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tiberiu911 Posted February 25, 2007 Share Posted February 25, 2007 Search for a mod called Legendary mastery. It enables you to level your skills over 100, to Legendary state.
