Don't worry Gen, It's coming along great. The most I had expected to come out of this thread was a few vies. So even if you had done a horrible job you would have surpassed my expectations. lol. But You've not only surpassed them you've created a quality model for the clothing/armor. You've kept ups fairly up to date on your progress, and progressed despite my slow replies and my lack-of-quality-references.

 

I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks on some characters, as well as some companions once it's finished. I also wish you, or whoever does the rigging the best of luck. I'm not savvy enough to know how to do any of this. I've tried DAZ and failed horribly at anything other than pre-made models and even then i can't do much mroe than move the arms/legs, lol. So I also admire/envy your abilities in this regardless of how skillful you think you are or aren't. It's more than i could ever do.

 

2 more questions - Will this be considered 'clothing' or Light armor when you get to that point? I Don't care either way so long as it's enchantable!

And, how will it be obtained? Automatically in inventory? or will you hide it in a shop? I apologize for asking before it's even finished but I'm excited that this is being done :).

I can make both clothing and armor versions, and the armor will also not be one single piece. I get annoyed when a cool looking piece of armor takes up every body slot. I will probably the armor in a chest somewhere in the IC, unless you have a specific place you want to have it. Edited April 15, 2011 by Genzel

Allright. And yeah, i read earlier where you said it would be atleast 3 pieces. As for where you put, I'll leave that up to you, but if it's not in inventory atleast give me a general location and I'll look for it! So long as the general location isn't 'Somewhere in cyrodiil' if you get the joke there ;p

K, I usually use the market district or somewhere else that is easy to access.

 

Edit so I don't double post: I got it rigged and working in game. It isn't done yet though, as the rigging is far from perfect. The legs have some clipping, and the skirt isn't rigged all that smoothly. Once I rig it adequately I will touch up the textures again. The mod could be done by Monday.

Back after several days, and I see that it's not only ready, but earlier than expected! lol. Allright, Well I'm gonna download it, use it and see how it works for me, and once I'm done I'll come back and tell you what i think!

Well I love it. Tested it on every race (including argonian/Khajiit (looks good on khaj, not so much on arg.)

 

The only edit i would want other than the rest of the suit (gloves/boots) when you have time, is to make the panties the same color yellow as the strings, instead of white (Yeah i know what they look like ><)

 

Once again I thank you for taking up the torch for this one. You did a good job, in a fairly short time. haven't come across any clipping issues so far. All i gotta do now is download the dual-wield mod, and the 'rikku weapons' from a mod i saw but forget the name of, chant em and give em to to one of my allies and watch em go ape-s*** on things with dual-daggers.

Glad you like it. When I can start working on it more I can change the panty color. I didn't really see what color they were in any pictures, and I thought that even though the strings were yellow, white would look better.

That's fine. Whenever you have the time. No rush on anything. I've already been enjoying my companion in battle.

 

Pretty-much what I'm Using an Imperial Female NPC from a mod that i forget the name of (so that it wont have the shitty lvl 1-3 stats that most NPC's other than guards have), I altered her hair (I have a hair mesh that looks Somewhat like rikku's but nowhere near realistically but it's good enough lol, has the ponytail and some hair hanging around)

 

Also using ----Rikku's Thieves Blades----- For her weapon (can't get her to dual wield, no mods seem to do that for these :/)

 

and This mod for voices Using the Imoen voice instead of the leaving her with the normal Imperial voice.

 

So I'm satisfied. It's pretty fun runnin around with her slicing up the opponents.

 

I'm more than happy with the job you did.

 

I play on a vista though an havent been able to take screenshots cause vista wont let me edit the 'notepad' so i can't provide any until i find a way around that. But once again Thank you for taking the time to create this mod. And I'm waiting to see if anyone will pick up the other 2 now.
