Oblivion Round 2

Just finished the MQ on my first play through of Van. Oblivion. I am now planning Round 2 and have a few questions. Firstly I'm going with OOO+MMM as my base and I plan on doing some of the larger quest mods (e.g. lost spire, tears of the fiend) this time around. Few questions:

 

1. Are most of the large "quest" type mods that add new content compatible with OOO+MMM?

 

2. I'd like to start somewhere other than IC and definitley bag on the tutorial. Looking at "Alternate Start By Ship" mod. Any other recommedations/comparisons, specifically that will let me start in a city of my choice?

 

3. Prefer to disable MQ completely or at least delay it until I feel the need. Recommend/Compare...

 

4. Realism mods? Would like to try eating/drinking/sleeping but I haven't seen to much discussion on these. Recommend/Compare...

 

Compatibility with OOO+MMM is a must. Also please let me know if any of these features are already included in O3/M3!
