Stelth Field??

Hi,

 

I have just currently d/loaded the advanced stealth recon armor mod, but i dont get the stealth field when im crouched, i loaded through FOMM, created a merged patch through FO3E Edit and toggled invalidation but it still wont work, ive tried to find a conflict in FO3E edit but im afraid im not an expert on resolving them when using the Apply Filter option.

 

The weird thing is that i tried to use a stealth boy just to see if that was working properly but that also doesnt give me the Stealth Field, its as if something is conflicting on everything to do with the stealth field in my game.

 

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the exact same issue... just found it when I was going through OA. I know this original post is from a long time ago but let me know if anyone else ran into this issue and figured out what was wrong. Here is my load order and can't figure out what is wrong here... also getting some overlapping text/copy in my pipboy when describing some perks... any help would be awesome.
