Skyrim mod issue: Summerset Isle

Hello.

 

i'm writing now because as I said previously, I've some problems with the mod "Summerset Isle", uploaded by yournotsupposedtobeinhere.

 

First of all, when I wanted to enter the "Shimmerene Mages Guild" (following the storyline), it crashed, after a quick moment of loading. And it keep crashing the same way. I've re-installed it, with the new update (Summerset Isle (ver 1.0) + SummersetIsleHotFix (ver 1.35)), but nothing. The same issue lasts.

 

So, waiting for any new update, I wanted to return to Skyrim...

 

Anybody has an idea about HOW can I do this ?

well, you could open a console and

 

coc whiterun

 

but the thing is, the crashing likely means there's some kind of underlying issue with your game setup. There's a real possibility that issue will express itself elsewhere too, sooner or later.

 

You could see if it's related only to your current savegame by going to this mages guild on a fresh save and see if it crashes or not.

If yes, the issue is with your particular combination/setup of mods or the game itself.

If not, the issue is with your savegame.

 

Both would require further investigation but at least this gives you a handle at where to start looking.

Yeah I think so, let's try this out.. But the thing is that I need to reach a particular point in the game to obtain the possibility to go to this mod.

 

It'll take some time.
