teleport ring script

I was unsuccesful in making a teleport rong from a tutorial here from tessource.

 

i was wondering if anybody could write on or tell me what is wrong with this scrpit to make it work, i want it to teleport to the mournhold museum of artifacts.

heres what my script looks like.
