Well I have pretty good PC. i7 4770, GTX 970 OC

But the frames ingame are realy bad. Vanilla i have only 65 FPS and sometimes even lower. Also when i lower the resolution I get 0 FPS more.

I tried many things and now im here and ask you people because im frustrated. On my old card the 560 ti i had good frames and never lags WITH mods. And with my 770 everything was also ok.

Pls Help :(

Go through and delete your ini files, except the default one in your Fallout New Vegas folder. Then run your launcher. Hit play, then wait for the main menu. Then quit. After this is done, run Geforce Experience, and optimize the game there. Then run the game again. I recommend that you get nvse :http://nvse.silverlock.org/ Then get, and run the FNV4GB updated found on Nexus here. That should help some. Also, run New Vegas Anti-Stutter and Anti-Crash. Those all should help, to one degree or another.

Check the Nvidia website itself, it might have a few settings that can make it better than even the optimal settings in the Geforce Experience recommends. You might up your frame rate a tad, but not by much.
