[MOD REQUEST] Wild Hunt - random portals spawn

Hi guys,

 

Fairly new here but just wanted to ask if any skilled mod craftsmen out there would be able to put together a mod that randomly spawns Wild Hunt portals at night.

 

Would be cool to just stroll around at night through Skellige or Velen and have random WH portals crop up with WH warriors trying to get the jump on you :D ..you know, make these guys actually feel menacing / hunting Geralt.

I think this could be a cool addition as well. Hopefully somebody can find a way to do this. A little more randomness is never a bad thing :D
