deathbymanga Posted August 31, 2015 Share Posted August 31, 2015 I feel that the spell might be a bit OP, but Alduin was a master Shouter, so it could be nerfed a little for the Dragonborn. Could make it a Once a Day power and have each stage create an ever expanding cloud of fog. First word makes a 5ft fog. second word makes a 15ft cloud. and 3rd word makes a 45ft cloud. The time limit on the spell never increases either. But all enemies, including Dragons, that are in the Cloud, take damage. And the effect will make all, including the player (unless they have Nightvision or something), will be blinded by the Fog Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

faffman Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 Though it would be annoying if some innocent bystander was caught up in it, and you get a bounty just by doing your thing as normal.So maybe, since it's a fog and no one can see sith (intentional), maybe no one will know it was you who did it, so no bounty is acquired, unless they see you do it in the middle of a town, since that would be way to obvious.That would also make it a good shout for the endgame genocide I usually do.
