d3ik3n
From what I can tell, the mods made for DA:I do not work in the DLC content, until the mod manager ( and or the mods themselves) have been updated. So does that mean that people who play with a modded game cant take their modded characters thru the DLC ( well they can most likely but their toons will look vanilla) Also I installed mods, loved them but then couldnt load into (SPOILER######) Skyhold.I googled this issue and apparently others are having it as well. I found a posted work around but it didnt work for me :( Are people playing thru the DLC with mods ?
NiahD
There are some mods which DLC doesn't seem to like, especially the Black Emporium, probably due to the mirror. Personally, I take all 'cosmetic' mods out to play through a DLC (which means I can leave my (cheaty) game ones like SOSM and increased inventory capacity in), and I haven't had an issue. Just have 2 mod files, one for the main game, and one for DLC. This is an overview of the sorts of mods which cause issues in Black Emporium: daimodder.tumblr.com/post/118572341619/black-emporium-mod-issues Possible unexciting spoiler: I have heard that the Descent is fine with mods after a certain point (a cutscene where you examine some corpses)JoH I'm not sure of, haven't played it in a while. I think last time I did, the only thing I took out were my crafting material replacers... but I have a lot more mods now  Oh, and the Mod Manager has been updated for the new patch (patch 10, released a day or so ago). Some mods are a bit broken, some have been fixed, most are unaffected. Shouldn't have any effect on DLC. ;) Edited September 5, 2015 by NiahD
