NayNayY Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 I have a strange bug or glitch or.. occurance, I really don't know what to make of it, right now. I've been playing Oblivion for the past few days, and Fast Travel was working fine. Today I decided to add Supreme Magicka, and Expanded Hotkeys and Spell Delete to my game. I dunno what it was, but something killed my ability to fast travel. Now whenever I try, It says "Fast Travel is currently unavailable in this location" or something similar to that effect. So far, efforts to fix this by removing those two mods have failed, even after creating a new character, and progressing until I leave the imperial sewers. Can someone please shed some light on this? David Brasher Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 (edited) It sounds like one of your mods has temporarily or permanently disabled fast travel for your savegames. Try entering this console code: EnableFastTravel 1 Be sure that you are actually outdoors and in a worldspace like Tamriel that allows fast travel. That said, I HAVE been able to fast travel, but it only lets me do so late at night, around 11pm - 12am in game. But no other time. NayNayY Posted March 31, 2011 Author Share Posted March 31, 2011 (edited) Still no solution to this problem.. Also, it's from 10PM till sunrise, that fast travel works. So I think it might be Blood is Everything that broke it.. but removing the mod completely does not fix it. David Brasher Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 Have you removed or rebuilt your bashed patch with the bad mod removed during the operation? It could be that Blood is Everything constantly disables fast travel (every five seconds when a script runs.) Have you tried removing that mod and then using the console code and not reinstalling the mod? If that effect is part of that mod and you don't like it, than you should either permanently remove that mod, or else go into the CS and edit the mod so that it does not have that effect when you play it. I am in the process of going back and killing the most latest mods that I installed when I notice it happening. I thought it was the CF Sailboat mod but even after I uninstalled and removed the files I was still experiencing. I'm thinking it might be the player home mod that requires teleporting to get to it.
