OK, here's an idea i got, at the beginning, you get a menu, you can choose a type of creature that will attack (you pick the certain type of creature, millions of that type of creatures attack), you choose a city, and defend, it can be any city in the game, you get a certain amount of men, and wave after wave keep coming to attack the spot you pick of your city, building get's overrun, game over, game over, you must choose what your men use, sword, or bow, and you must issue orders to your men, keep everyone as possible alive

Modes:

Castle: Defend the Castle of your city, do not let this be another Kvatch

Attack on the Chapel: do not let the priests and priestesses killed by these bloodthirsty, god hating, creatures

Defend the Count: You have to defend the count of your city, tell him where to hide, and have a new elite squad of guards follow him

Apocalypse: every city under attack, every creature attacking, you are currently the Emperor, go issue orders to every city, you have both the Chapel, Castle, Count, and yourself to keep the enemies at bay

Slaughter: kill them all, no protecting anything, but your life, you have no Authority over anything, you're just a random man, trying to keep his life

Blight: all Oblivion gates have been opened at Kvatch, Daedra of all types have poured out, the Daedra must destroy all other cities before they get to the Imperial City, you must lead the war against the Daedra, make sure that they all get destroyed,**This part will not be part of description but if they DO get to the Imperial City, Mehrunes Dagon appears out of nowhere, and helps destroy the final city, and there is only one way to defeat him, but the secret lies deep within kvatch's walls**, will you stop the Daedra from destroying Cyrodil?

There can be 2 different files, one for just Oblivion players, and you get standard creatures, and cities, and another for Shivering Isles users, you can get normal cities SE cities, normal game creatures, and SE creatures,

i never said anything about 28days later i meant it as in you're a man of power (depending on the scenario you pick) and the type of creatures attack in waves it's like a Tower Defense basically you CAN do zombies and make it like 28 days later if you're too lazy to actually GET 28 days later and for Blight scenario it's basically like Dragon Age but the fact that they come from kvatch and they're daedra
