Crashes after completing Dead Money

Well I have a strange error now, when I try and enter the Elvis impersonator place and the gamerou casino after completing dead money I crash every time, I took off autosaves (had no problem before) still no joy, I went back to a save before I started dead money and had on problem entering them, I didn't dismss my followers before I started (rex being one of them) so is it possible this is causing the problem and if so how can I fix it without redoing the whole damn thing :(
